The program offers a No Charge, No Obligation, 1 hour Basic Stage Coaching visit. The visit is a room by room discussion that will include
Staging Tips and Tricks for maximizing the appeal of your home.
Remember: People will FIND your home
Logically: Location + Price + School District, etc...
But the PURCHASE of your home is made Emotionally. Staging
helps your home appeal to a broader range of buyers and seeks to
satisfy their emotions.
